description : Roles & ResponsibilitiesMaintaining updated knowledge of the organisation’s products, services, and customer service policies.Completing assigned tasks within the timeline, following all the SOPs.Establishing and maintaining good rapport with hoteliers by using positive language and anticipating their needs.Communicating with third-party service providers (OTAs, meta searches) on behalf of the hoteliers via email, phone call.Analysing and reporting the properties’ across various online platforms.Working closely with internal and external teams to ensure hoteliers get maximum benefits.Follow up for data from hoteliers, OTAs to ensure timely delivery of the services.Supporting the hoteliers with analytical data and tools.Eligibility CriteriaA bachelor’s degree.Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills (English).Analytical Skills.MS Office Skills.Previous experience in customer servicing is preferable.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
