About the Role: At least 3 years of relevant DBA experience running production DBs with high up-times Excellent in concepts for both RDBMS and NoSQL DBs Experience with creating databases, users, roles ,privileges, Setting database Responsibilities: Experience with backups, restores and recovery models Experience in Clustering and replication is must Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options Experience in refreshing lower environments with production. Experience working with Linux, Unix Proactively review of the databases to identify possible bottlenecks Experience in troubleshooting problems Proficient in Linux OS and a very good hand on Linux commands Candidate requirements: Must be aware of various database monitoring tools Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to organize and plan work independently and work in a rapidly changing environment Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities Willing to work in shift Location & commitments: This is a Permanent Opportunity.
