Your key responsibilities
Overall accountability of Business IT services running in CTO managed Production environments (Primary ownership of IT Production)
Foster/encourage strategic development &implementation to improve resiliency of Banks IT systems ensure appropriate RTB Stakeholder Management(Users, product management and affected groups) _
Drive RTB Process Management aligned with wider Bank policies, Product/Business Service Management _Governance, Compliance & Risk Management _People Management
Perform controlled escalation management to Business, IT management and vendor: confirm that the right people are working the issues and parties are informed in a timely manner
Communication of IT production services and tracking against service level agreement with the business operations
Weekly reporting to IT management covering progress against service improvement plans, issues and risks; identify and follow through on Deutsche Bank communications & dependency actions for the Run the Bank service
Expediting time to resolution; Active participation during Incident Management activities
Business and service impact analysis
Process and Operating Level Agreement documentation and review
Communications to senior business stakeholders and senior Global Technology management.
Identify opportunities for improvements and value add.
Your skills and experience
Should have 10 to 13 years of experience in working in L2 support role in application production support projects.
In depth operating system and database technologies including Unix, Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL Plus and Shell Scripting
Experience of using tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, Control-M and Geneos
Experience in writing SQL queries, debugging Unix shell scripts, analyzing stored procedures and relating database tables
Experience in troubleshooting by investigating the application and server log files, co-relating the events and deep diving the issues causes
Experience in handling of major Incidents and identifying the root Create problem records and perform root cause analysis
Experience in analyzing problems, both business process and technology related, and to resolve them by implementing actionable solutions
Experience in assessing the business and technical impact and prioritizing the resolution of issues
Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
Ability to work independently
Experience in automating tasks through appropriate tools and scripting
Experience in building alerting and monitoring system to eliminate the manual monitoring
Knowledge of Informatica and Microservices will be an added advantage
Good Knowledge of Investment Banking domain will be useful
In depth experience in ITSM, Project Management and should be ITIL Certified
