We are looking for a candidate who should have a firm understanding of e-commerce, desktop vs mobile website design, and usability implications, be familiar with content and product management in numerous e-commerce platforms like Amazon & BigCommerce.
The candidate will have responsibilities including collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information.
Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, like fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms. You will work with a data team and data manager. Previous experience as a data entry executive or similar position will be considered an advantage.
Ultimately, a successful E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for maintaining our e-commerce websites comprehensively.
Responsibilities and Duties
Job Responsibility:
Product Listing and Price on E-commerce portal (Amazon, BigCommerce Paytm, E-bay, WooCommerce, etc).
Maintain Inventory on all Marketplace.
Support the e-commerce website developers in adding and reviewing tasks for new feature developments, tweaks, or bugs.
Perform daily maintenance and merchandising updates on sites.
Manage and monitor the online product catalog (add/edit products, prices, sales, categorization) through the Content Management System or backend processes.
Collaborate with various departments such as marketing, sales, customer support, and operations.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Requirements:
A high degree of internet savvy, with a curiosity and enthusiasm for new technologies, and customer experience.
Familiarity with concepts like SEO, ROI, CMS, META TAGS, UX, ANALYTICS, B2C, B2B.
Familiarity with Analytics, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, positive.
Able to think both creatively and critically. Willing to think outside the box and challenge the status quo.
Able to multi-task, manage many projects and drive multiple threads of work to completion
Able to quickly learn the necessary technical tools and new concepts·
Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset
