The Challenge
Want to work with a fast paced team that loves to collaborate and make a difference to our customers? Look no further! We are seeking an Executive assistant to cover responsibilities including but not limited to diverse administrative tasks, assisting product leadership team with calendaring, expense reports management and submissions, coordinating travel, team purchasing, organizing events and leading frequent special projects. Proficiency with Adobe products is a plus but not required. This is a full-time position and is in the Noida office.
What you’ll do
Provide analytical and specialized administrative support to relieve executives, administrative, and line and staff managers of complex details and advanced administrative duties.
Execute special or continuous research and data analysis tasks. Analyze problems, determine approach, compile and analyze data, and prepare reports/recommendations.
Coordinate activities between departments and outside parties. Contact company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports.
Work is generally of a critical or confidential nature.
What you need to succeed
Collaborative, motivated, organized self-starter who can work autonomously, take initiatives, and follow through.
Excellent written and interpersonal skills; ability to listen and to prioritize while applying good judgment; and juggle multiple demands simultaneously.
Work enthusiastically across organizations and with diverse personalities in a professional, efficient, and confidential manner.
Bachelor’s degree with 10 + years related experience in high tech or similarly paced industry (out of which at least 3 years of experience in supporting director+)
Proven expertise of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Calendaring, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and OneNote), Google docs, Trello, Slack, Spark, Workday, Concur and quick learner of other software used across the organization.
