A) Renewal Module Development
To have a company vide tracker on Products and Platforms (core / internal / external) live with Renewal Modules
To ensure renewal journey of all the renewable products across the platforms as per U/W guidelines
To ensure all the new products requirements are given along with renewal module development calls across the platforms
To prepare BRDs and FTCs related to RN module development based on business / product requirements
To ensure integration testing with development requirement in coordination with Business Analyst and conduct user acceptance testing with UAT Team
To ensure timely deployment of RN modules post successful UAT testing in coordination with IT Team
To update SOP of Processes as per compliance and audit requirement
Based on periodic audits, ensuring fixation of gaps of RN modules and journeys, if any.
To ensure testing and monitoring transformation of Core module from Opus to Maximus of LOBs end to end
To build renewal journeys for all renewal products on CY App & Website
Core Module – Opus & Maximus
Internal – CY App, Website, Boing BOT
External – Imitra, Ezee Tab, Web Service, CSE Portal
C) Auto Renewal & EMI Capabilities
Building Auto Renewal capabilities like Standing Instructions & E-Mandate
Envisage end to end auto renewal journey in coordination with PMO, Operations, U/W & IT.
Leading the development process between Bill-Desk / Tech Process / Net Core & Bagic
Ensuring all process compliance as per RBI, TRAI and IRDA
Creating a separate refund process signed off by UW, CX, Operations & Finance Team
Monitoring customer & IMDs escalations and ensuring end to end resolution in coordination with CX and Business Team
Keeping a track and maintaining log of all the queries sent by businesses / functions on Centralized Id BAGIC_RENEWAL_SI_Queries@bajajallianz.co.in
E) Renewal Process Gap Fixation
To analysis STP failure cases and permanent fixation of same
To troubleshoot and improve process gaps by raising bug calls with IT Team and ensuring permanent fixation
Fixation of gaps and process of enabled capabilities of contact center related to CRM, Dialer, Voice bots integrations based on contact center feedback
To coordinate with Zonal Renewal Field team on market feedbacks of renewal process gaps and to ensure end to end fixation of same
F) Contact Center Capabilities
To enable flow of all drop data journey of CY App, Website & all onboarded digital platforms to contact center agents to cater Assisted Touch Free conversions
To integrate CRM to dialer & Voice Bot Capabilities for Renewals
