Responsibilities :
To identify potential customers and ensure successful closure of sales for the assigned project with the help of strategic alliances.
To identify new markets to explore and sell the assigned project through corporate tie ups
To achieve the sales target for projects determined by the management through corporate tie ups.
Set the monthly/quarterly/half yearly and annual sales & collection targets and work towards achieving them by effectively delegating tasks to the team under him/her
You are required to fairly distribute leads amongst your team evenly so that the each person in the team is able to achieve their quarterly targets.
To generate business through tie-ups with Schools, Corporates, Financial institutes, Channel partners & brokers also group bookings
To come up with innovative & selling concept for marketing
Will be responsible to organize events like channel partners meet etc
Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new ventures with company strategies and operations
To develop key strategic relations with corporates and channel partners to bring in business for NDPL
