description : We are looking for enthusiastic Tele sales Representatives to contribute in getting new customers for International logistics. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships with the customers. An effective tele sales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business. Role and ResponsibilitiesThis position requires that the candidate demonstrates high level of sales skills into International Express Courier industry and must be in line with organizations values, vision & mission.· Responsibility of sales of DHL Express products.· Lead generation, customer acquisition, onboarding, retention, cross product penetration.· Accept targets for customer signup’s, activation, revenue generation.· Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service· Answering questions about products & services or the company· Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales· Must deliver results short time by adding new clients and retaining existing client base· Would be responsible for all India Sales where DHL express has strong presence.· Enter and update customer information in the database· Keep records of calls and sales and note useful informationIdol profile· Must have willingness towards sales performance.· Should be based in Vadodara OR ready to re-locate to Vadodara.· Should have completed education.Qualifications and Education RequirementsGraduatesPreferred SkillsLanguage : High fluency in English.
