description : JOB TITLE: Inside Sales Representative
In line with Strategic Key priorities of SKF India Industrial Business Unit, to increase the customer Reach, Penetration with Lower cost to serve the customers, in response to the changing way of doing business Inside Sales channel is being rolled out.
We are looking for a dynamic capable result oriented sales professional to execute this initiative.
A. Purpose of the role: To identify relevant customer base through Market Research and available data analysis, create awareness of SKF’s Lubrication and MPT product lines amongst relevant customers, generating leads and conversion to enquiries, and subsequently ensure Sales.
B. Responsibilities
Lead generation using advanced technology tools.
Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources. Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
Drive the Distributor Sales Team and Segment teams to build pipelines with channel partners to close sales
Maintaining database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
Closing sales and working with client through closing process
Proactively engage with the customer throughout the sales life cycle to ensure best in class experience
.Be a team player / provide data & insights for Industry-wise/segment wise Marketing campaigns

E.Candidate Profile
Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
3-4 years’ experience in Industrial Sales/Engineering product sales.
Preferred industry : Engineering Products, Industrial Products, Capital Goods Sales.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
