Creation of Operations MIS for all business verticals both for internal stakeholders and the clients2. Publishing daily, weekly, and monthly client performance reports & presentations covering all service delivery metrics in timely and accurate3. Understanding, management expectations, and customizing the dashboards4. Ability to handle large amounts of data and organize the same using tools such as SQL and advanced excel.5. Gathering and transforming business requirements into functional requirements.6.
