Job responsibilities
Ø handling all the walk-ins in the showroom.
Ø Explaining the features, USPs, advantages of the products to the customers.
Ø Negotiating with and convincing the customers for the brand and making the sale.
Ø Market Study and Research for competition’s products details.
Ø Maintaining MIS for customers – both pipeline and confirmed.
Ø Coordination with Service and Logistics department for Installation and Delivery and Customer complaints
Ø Regular contact with the Architects, Interior Designers- meeting them personally, sending brand literature on mails, and other social media platforms.
Ø Charting out a monthly sales forecast.
Ø Adhering to the target plan for the month and completing the necessary billing.
Ø Ensuring timely and safe delivery of the products to the clients place.
Ø Maintaining and submitting monthly trackers and reports to the company.
Ø Generating new leads to events and promotional activities and converting the sale.
Ø Inventory planning and management
Qualities required in a candidate:Fluent English speaking.Previous Kitchen/Appliance industry experience would be an added advantage
