Preparing and maintaining SOW and manage project work for successfully delivering services as per the contractual/SOW obligationsFollow quality processes and perform quality assurance enabling good QPI score Manage business and project/service risks/issues and effectively plan for mitigation as well as contingencies. Handling commercial part which includes revenue projections, achieving CM and CSIP targets, monthly Invoicing to client, expense management, P & L assessment.Planning a projects cost and managing and controlling the budgetManaging project resources Documenting the progress of the projectMust possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders such as customers, senior management, project team members and other project stakeholders.
