Product Support responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities.
The candidate should be an excellent communicator who is able to earn customer trust.
The candidate should also be familiar with helpdesk software
The candidate will help establish Scitara’s reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales lifecycle.
Direct Customer interaction and participation in customer facing meetings and demonstrations is a part of this function
Should be self-motivated and individual contributor
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in appropriate field of study
5+ years of experience in life science or related market industry with extensive experience in CSV
Should have minimum 5 years’ experience providing customer support on standard enterprise class application
Skilled to work within environment of Change Request and Incident management and prioritizing solutions for the business continuity as per the ITIL process
Need to be flexible to work in different shifts including night shifts
Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Patience when handling tough cases
