What You’ll Be Doing:
This role is on the operational excellence team, which is a cross functional team that helps other teams across the organization with support as requested. The role in particular will be of a LMS administrator and project manager who will be the only POC for all LMS requirements within the team.
Responsibilities:
Responsible to handle all LMS (cornerstone) administration and technical assistance needs of the team.
Help team understand LMS and its functions to the fullest and utilize to build a streamlined management of deliverables by the team.
Collaborate with various teams to build out robust onboarding processes.
In collaboration with the Training Team in the US office, create and maintain training /LMS manuals, administrative documents etc.
Serve as the primary scheduler and communication liaison with all instructors, facilitators, and with employees, utilizing a Learning Management System as the primary tool to capture and share information.
Partner with training facilitators to ensure that learning technologies are deployed appropriately and effectively for delivery of courses.
Ensure all relevant course-related information is uploaded into the Learning Management System (LMS).
Responsible to project manage workstreams, projects , assignments etc as requested to the team.
Produce reports on a consistent basis, including reports on course enrollment, budget spend, participant satisfaction, facilitator, utilization, etc.
Serve as the lead in the ongoing maintenance of LMS content, configuration, and utilization.
In collaboration with Training Team in the US office, create Instructor Lead Classroom training agendas.
Provide feedback on Training program content and corresponding support documentation.
Report progress of training classes and individuals attending to the Leadership team.
Analyze reports for the purpose of tracking and trending performance and to identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintain administrative documentation, including but not limited to training agendas and attendance sheets to demonstrate trainee compliance with department requirements.
Participate in project workgroups and meetings.
Cascade relevant corporate updates that support leaders with running and managing the business.
Support internal event planning and preparation.
Other duties as required.
Essential functions
3+ years of hands on experience in cornerstone (LMS) administration.
Presentation Experience, minimum 1 year.
Past experience presenting to large groups and managing effective discussion and dialogue.
3+ years of operational execution responsibility.
1-3 years of experience coordinating individual training sessions as well as an overall portfolio or curriculum of classes, team building events, and learning programs.
Ability to conduct effective and engaging presentations in a variety of delivery settings.
Comfortable using a variety of communication methods, experience communicating progress and results to leadership teams.
Highly proficient with MS office suite.
Ability to learn computer software system and use software to perform job.
Collaborative working style with the ability to work across different organizations and personalities.
Big Plus
1-3 years if US healthcare experience.
Experience with project management.
History of superior performance across various educational and professional settings.
Certification in administration of LMS.
Academic Qualification
Minimum Graduate. (10+2+3). Higher qualification preferred.
