As a Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening and providing a shortlisted pool of qualified candidates for various Non- IT roles such as technical support / customer support. You will be expected to build applicant sources by exploring both internal and external ports for fast paced and quality hiring. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. You will be required to use your networking abilities to find the best talent in the market. Your job will be to monitor the effectiveness of recruiting efforts and tools. Additionally, you’re expected to conduct first-hand technical evaluation of prospective technical professionals and administer tests designed to assess candidates’ skills. In a nutshell achieving the staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates for highly technical roles. You will be reporting to the Recruitment Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to source the best talent
Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs. Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled.
Proficient in creating, reviewing and rearticulating the Job Descriptions and posting these technical job descriptions using appropriate technical language. List job postings on various job boards, social media, internal ATS and other possible channels.
Advising Managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
Effectively managing the execution of full life cycle Tech-Support, Customer-Service recruitment (source, screen, submit, pipeline, etc.).
Interviewing candidates using various techniques (e.g. technical assessments, behavioral and structured questions)
Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing technical qualifications to job requirements and championing talent to win the hire.
Experience in building an employer brand and having an established network in Noida.
Providing support and taking initiative through the interview process, include performing necessary technical and behavioral screening requirements through the offer phase.
Communicating and collaborating with peers by sharing recruiting best practices and providing accurate thorough documentation on employees in applicant tracking systems or other documentation tools.
Growing and expanding your skillset to effectively recruit beyond the typical job boards utilizes recruiting tools including networking through social media outlets, professional affiliations, referrals, database searches and other non-traditional methods for recruiting
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Flexibility with 24*5 environment.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Human Resources Management or a relevant field from an accredited institution.
5-8 years of experience recruiting L1 to L5 professionals in Technical Support domain.
Exceptional customer service, eye to detail and facilitation skills along with a professional, polished demeanor.
Proven performer who has a record of success supporting a fast-paced, growing organization.
Must have a strong professional network and be motivated to utilize external sources
Previous experience interviewing and assessing potential hired for technology positions and assisting with onboarding processes
Experienced in continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates
Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferred
Previous experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies
Proficient in using company software and databases to connect with and reach out to potential candidates
Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally and effectively
Ability to speak intelligently about the company and answer any technical questions for a potential hire.
Excellent interviewing skills & Solid technical background needed to understand as well as explain requirements for technical roles.
Experience with various sourcing methods (e.g. Boolean search, social media recruiting etc.)
Exceptional reporting experience through creating Dashboards using MS Excel or strong on HR analytics.
